I have been a certified Emotion Code® and Body Code® practitioner since 2015. Recently I became certified as one of the first ever Belief Code® practitioners in 2023!!

In addition to these amazing modalities, I have extensive training in life coaching skills that have helped me and so many others come from a place of brokenness to wholeness.
