Heart walls are constructed energetically of trapped emotions placed by the subconscious mind in layers in front of the heart for protection. Heart walls may interfere with true connection in relationships, the motivation and ability to achieve goals, and may contribute to deep sadness or discontent among other concerns. Some indications of a heart wall are an underlying feeling of heartache or loss, or a physical discomfort in the chest or throat region, or a general feeling of being stuck.
